• Zhu has provided perennial legal counsel services for a number of enterprises, including real estate, energy and transportation, education, intellectual property and other categories. Zhu has extensive experience in the fields of corporate equity investment, asset restructuring, corporate compliance and so on.
• Zhu has participated in project of SOE mixed ownership reform, MSD Land Project of Tianjin’s Binhai New Area, Dongting Road Project of TEDA and Sino-singapore Eco-City Project. Zhu was mainly responsible for the early stage of the financing, due diligence, property transactions, etc，and he has accumulated rich experience in the field of enterprise assets transaction.
• In litigation services, Zhu focused on research and practice in the field of civil and commercial law and he has acted for many civil and commercial cases, including shareholders' investment disputes, company dissolution disputes, financial loan contract disputes, construction contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, etc. Zhu has solid legal foundation and ability to successfully solve complex cases and projects.

• Mr. Zhu graduated from the USTB where he obtained master degree of Civil and Commercial Law and passed National Judicial Examination in 2019.
• Mr. Zhu's first job after graduation was as an investor in Tianjin TEDA Construction Group Co. LTD., engaged in project investment and development, and then Mr. Zhu joined Rising Law Firm as a lawyer for nearly two years.
• Mr. Zhu has been a member of Winners Law Firm since July 2022 and he is currently a solicitor in charge of lawsuit and legal services in the Litigation Department.
