• Ms. Chen has provided constructive and comprehensive legal services to a wide range of institutional investors, covering the establishment and investment of domestic and foreign-funded funds and enterprises in sectors such as clean energy, pharmaceuticals, real estates, and consumer goods. Her clients include domestic and foreign government agencies, real estate developers, chemical enterprises, port and logistics companies, financial leasing companies, insurance companies, trust companies and banks.
• In FDI and M&As, Ms. Chen has involved in a number of landmark transactions representing Flextronics, COSCO, Tianjin Press Group, etc.
• In Outbound Investment and Overseas Listing, she used to represent Chinese domestic companies to subscribe the stocks listed in HK Exchange, represent a Chinese company in a mineral acquisition in Australia, and fully involve in Taiwan Depository Receipts (TDRs) listing by Tingyi Group.
• In the field of e-commerce and data compliance, Ms. Chen has assisted clients in structuring cross-border e-commerce platforms; provided personal information protection legal advice to freelance platforms, provided compliance services to network freight companies; and provided legal services to global companies on data compliance, cross-border transfer of personal data, and personal data protection audit. She has also advised enterprises on data asset accounting projects, covering industries such as intelligent manufacturing, infrastructure operations, e-commerce and healthcare, with the types of clients ranging from state-owned enterprises, private companies, to listed companies.
