• Mr. Shenhas been committed a long timeto teaching and scientific research on environmental resource and energy laws. In June 2006he graduated from the college of environmental science and engineering at theOcean University of China and obtained a doctordegree of science.
• From October 2005 to September 2006he studied in Nagoya University Graduate School of Law as a researcher dispatched by Chinese government.
• In 2011 he joined Winners Law Firm specializing in law business in the field of environment.

• Mr. Shen is good at environmental administrative law business. He participated in legislative research on air pollution prevention, soil pollution control, sea water desalination, Bohai legislation, and so forth and provided Tianjin Environmental Protection Bureau, Tianjin Teda Environmental Protection Bureau, and so forth with consulting services on environmental administrative management and environment administration law enforcement.
• He attached importance to product research and development and completed many special environmental legal cases, covering area of environmental management over chemicals, forest certification, food safety, environmental impact assessment and maritime fishery germplasm resources protection. As a policy expert he takes part in research of Implementation of Industrial Symbiosis and Environmental Management System of Binhai New District of SWITCH-Asia project and “Agricultural Cleaner Production Technology and Ecological Compensation under the Background of Climate Change” of EU-China Policy Dialogues Facility, and provides projects with support of policy.
• Recently he is devoted to research and development investment and financing on environmental infrastructure projects, emission trading, third-party environmental management and relevant business. He was rated a first-grade environmental business lawyer by Chambers and Partners in 2013 and 2014 continuously.
• He undertookmany research projects of National Social Science Foundation, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Justice, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, State Oceanic Administration; Published 4 monographs, including Theory and Practice on Coordination of Relationship between Trade and Environment by WTO (China Legal Publishing House in 2003), Research on Legal Protection of Marine Environment (China Ocean University Press in 2006), Legislation Scheme Options of Adjustment Range of Bohai Administration Law (People’s Publishing House in 2012) and Research on Product-oriented Environmental Policy (China Law Press in 2013), and more than 20 academic papers.
