He serves as a permanent legal adviser for Sino-Ocean Real Estate, China Overseas Property Group Co., Ltd., Tianjin Municipal Investment Co., Ltd., Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone Development Co., Ltd., Tianjin Binhai Xindushi (TEDA Group) Investment Management Co., Ltd., Tianjin Polar Tourism Co., Ltd., Tianjin Huana Ruidu Hotel Management Co., Ltd., Sports Bureau of Tianjin Municipality,and so forth, the large law practices including Construction Project of Nangang Industrial Zone, transferring issue of Cofco Plaza to Joy (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., Yuanyang Cheng Project, Sino-Ocean Bailitai Project, Tianjin Haichang Real Estate, Tianjin Haijie Commercial District, Tianjin Huana Ruidu Office Building and Hotel, Tianjin Health Industry Park Sports Base in Tuanbo and Jixian Training Base and Tianjin Binhai One Hotel.
