• In 1997 Ms. Liu graduated from the International Economic and Trade Department of the Tianjin Institute of Finance and Economics. She also obtained a Bachelordegree in Monetary Banking, and has a solid economic and financial business base. She is licensed to practise law since 2001 and joined Winners Law Firm in 2003. Ms. Liu is now a partner of Winners Law Firm and the director of the real estate and construction business.
• In 2008 she was selected by Tianjin Bar Association to participate in an US American Law Program for Chinese Lawyers sponsored by the Oklahoma City University School of Law; in 2009 she was invited to participate in the Sino-German legal forum, and delivered the theme speech titled "Doing Business with China - Contract Management" at the forum. She visited the German Bar Association, the German Federal Court of Justice, the Humboldt University in Berlin and many other judicial institutions.

• Since becoming a practitioner Ms. Liu Shuo has accumulated a rich practice experience in legal affairs of real estate and construction projects and other aspects. She is a perennial legal counsel of Tianjin project companies under Singapore Keppel, Longrong Properties under Pacific Insurance Investment, Binhai Express, COSCO Bulk Carrier Co., Ltd., Samsung Electronics, Development Zone Construction Bureau and many other real estate companies, engineering companies, foreign-funded enterprises and government departments; At the same time Ms. Liu Shuo has served the Xiqing TEDA Microelectronics Industrial Zone, Wuqing Yixian Industrial Park, Hangu Modern Industrial Park (formerly Chemical Industrial Park), Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone, Tanggu Marine Hi-tech Industry Zone, Tianjin Port-centered Industrial Zone, Ziya Circular Economy Industrial Zone and Jinnan Microelectronics Community, and so forth.She has accumulated rich experience in legal services for industrial real estate.
• In addition Ms. Liu Shuo has taken part or presided over in a number of major real estate or non-litigation construction projects.For instanceshe took part in the introduction of France Translord rail transport cooperation project by Tianjin TEDA as the representative of China, investment project of Japan ORIX Tianjin leasing business, project of a Singapore listed company acquired Tianjin JunYi Building Public Cultural Square, Civil Culture Square construction and investment project in Tianjin TEDA Development Zone.
• Ms. Liu Shuo was also invited to participate in the subject research On the Judicialization of Land Use Rights Obtained by Preferential Policies commonly launched by the Construction Bureau of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone and Tianjin Municipal Higher People's Court; she joined the research group to strengthen further the management of housing policy, Management Committee of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone and is responsible for drafting normative documents such as Rental Housing Management Measures of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, Residential Housing Decoration Management Measures of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, Special Residential Maintenance Fund Management Protocol of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone (model version) and Residential Property Warranty Deposit Management Measures of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone.
