• In 2015 Ms. Zhu graduated from the department of civil and commercial law of Beijing Technology and Business University with a master degree in law.
• Ms. Zhu passed the national judicial examination and obtained a number of professional qualification certificates; she workedin the law department of a large state-owned enterprise, as well as in the compliance department of a global top 500 company and in the branch of a Beijing Bank and a well-known foreign law firm,. She has rich experience in legal practice.
• Ms. Zhu is committed to provide quality and efficient legal services for clients.

• Currently she works as apermanent legal adviser for the Tianjin Branch of National Development Bank, Tianjin Branch of Chinese Import and Export Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK), Development Bank of Singapore, Bank of Bohai and Tianjin Branch of Harbin Bank.
• Apart from this she is also the permanent legal adviser for TEDA Investment Holding Co., Ltd, Tianjin Guoxing Capital Operation Co., China Automotive Technology and Research Center, some subsidiaries of Tianjin Port group, Tianjin Chenrong Investment & Holding Co., Ltd, Tianjin Petroleum Company of China Aviation Oil Holding and Tianjin Haitai Environmental Technology Development Co. Ltd. and other large enterprises.
• Ms. Zhuhas participated in many specific legal services related to investment and financing projects of enterprises, NEEQ listing projects and simulation/restructuring of state-owned enterprises; shewas also entrusted with processing legal affairs about state-owned assets of SASAC of Tianjin and of a district.
