• He is mainly engaged in financial law and is the perennial legal counsel in many famous enterprises and public institutions. He has obtained rich experience in enterprise merger and acquisition, bond issuing, listing, National Equities Exchange and Quotations listing, stock ownership incentive and other aspects, provided professional legal service to Anda Logistics, ZhenWuTang and other enterprises for their successful listing. Mr. Fan offered consultation & planning services for a number of listed enterprises.
• He holds the long-term positionof legal counsel in insurance enterprises and took part in relevant legislation of Tianjin insurance industry. Mr. Fan was the agent of several insurance dispute cases with great influence, and some of the cases were included in the Gazette of the Supreme People's Court.
• Mr. Fanoffered legal due diligence services for financial institutions, such as banks and bonding companies,innumerous projects and designed new business models and perfect risk control systems for them.

• In 1998 Mr. Fan graduated from the School of Finance at Tianjin Nankai University and was then occupied in the management and development of financial services in the Tianjin Postal Savings and Remittance Bureau (current Branch of Tianjin Postal Savings Bank).
