Haibo Li’s practice focuses on foreign-invested enterprises, environmental law, and occupational safety. Over nearly 40 years of practice, he has served as legal counsel for numerous government and corporate clients, including: Tianjin Economic & Technological Development Zone Management Committee, Investment Promotion Bureau, Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Administration Bureau, Tianjin Environmental Protection Bureau, Tianjin Development Zone Microelectronics Development Corporation, Nangang Industrial Zone Investment & Development Company, Tianjin Binhai Rapid Transit Company, Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd., Tianjin Samsung Electronics, CNPC Bohai Equipment Manufacturing, Tianjin Bohai Chemical Industry Group, and Tianjin Bohua Yongli Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. He is a member of the Legal Advisory Expert Pool of the Tianjin Municipal Government, and has previously served as an expert for the Ministry of Finance PPP Center and the Ministry of Commerce National-Level Development Zone Green Development Alliance Committee, with extensive experience in government legal services and resources.

Handling an investment bank note pledge dispute (reported in the Supreme Court Gazette). Representing a real estate company in a dispute concerning Tianjin Jinbin Expressway property. Acting in a labor dispute case involving an employee and Tianjin Venture Capital. Handling a series of shareholder control disputes involving Taiwanese-invested companies operating in Mainland China.
