In 2006 Ms. Yang graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Tianjin Normal University and obtaineda Bachelordegree in businessmanagement; She also obtained a Bachelordegree in lawfrom Nankai University.
In 2011 she obtained a Master degree in lawfrom Tianjin Normal University.
In 2006Ms. Yang passed the national judicial examination and has worked since then as a lawyer. Thus, she worked in Yiqing Law Firm, at Tianjin Government Procurement Center, for China Zhengxing Group asthe legal representative ina litigation case. Besides, she provides services also in non-litigation legal affairs, such as review of enterprise contract.
In 2008 she joined the litigation department at Winners Law Firm.
Achievement
Ms. Yanghas extensive experience in civil and commercial legal affairs with regard to banking and insurance;she acted as the counsel for CIMC, Credit Ease, Novozymes, Pingan International Factoring Business, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Ping An Bank, Alltrust Insurance Company, People's Insurance Company of China and Xinhua Life Insurance Company. Ms. Yanghas almostten years of experience in litigation, focusing on litigation business and providing services for a number of large financial institutions. She is very familiar with court trials concerning financial lending and non-performing assets disposal.
In recent years and with the implementation of high-end private businessesMs. Yang Jie, as the main member of team, has obtained lots of experience in the private legal services, involving marriage and family, the family business analysis and inheritance. In addition,Ms. Yang Jie represented clients to handle their family business disputes in proper manner, which avoidedoften a confrontation at court for them.
