Professional Experience

In July 1990Mr. Ligraduated from the China University of Political Science and Law with aBachelor degree in law. He subsequently entered into a government legal organization and worked on administrative law enforcement surveillance, administrative review, administrative proceeding and the drafting and examination of governmental normative documents. He has proficient literal skills and refined style of language expression.
In 1998 Mr. Listartedto be involvedsuccessively in legal works with regard toforeign-funded enterprises and state-owned companies; he fully contacted and gradually got familiar with management process, risk control and solution of enterprises, entirely participated in the research on significant legal issues and decision-making, and handled many important lawsuits for enterprises.
In 2005 Mr. Libegan to work as a full-time lawyer.
In July 2006 he joined Winners Law Firm and is now apartner and the director of the Litigation Department.

Achievement

At the initial stage Mr. Li Shidi acted as agent ina many big civil, criminal, economic and administrative cases, and focusedon civil and commercial litigation, mainly undertakingcases of real estate, finance, economic contract, company litigation and arbitration after joining Winners Law Firm. At the same time, acted as perennial legal counsel of many famous large enterprises, government departments and public institutions
In recent years Mr. Li Shidi mainly handles major anddifficult litigation cases for the clients of Winners Law Firm., wherebythe amount of the annually handled dispute cases exceeds 100 million RMB.For instance, Novozymes’ biological patent infringement won over, became the first case that biological patentees successfully safeguarded their legal rights in China and was evaluated by CAEFI High-Quality Brand Committee as the optimum case of intellectual property right protection from 2013 to 2014; in 2013 Mr. Li acted as the agent of Tianjin’s largest object of litigation offence against commercial secrets and won it; he acted as the agent of Tianjin’s first dispute over venture investment share repurchase. Mr. Li Shidi earned the clients’ trust due to his steady and rigorous working style, profound litigation knowledge, and the cases handled were well received too.
As head of the Litigation Department Mr. Li Shidi actively promoted the activity of biweekly moot court organizing backbone lawyers to simulate interior court trial before major, difficult and typical cases for raising the level of service during litigation practice and providing clients the optimum litigation schemes; at the same time he organized and formulated litigation cases handling norms.
Mr. Li Shidi is a member of the advisory group under the Tianjin Federation of Industry and Commerce and participated in activities organized by the Federation of Industry and Commerce. He was rated as advanced individual while carrying out the activity of lawyers serving private economy, provide opinions and suggestions on multiple local legislations, and offered many private chambers of commerce legal service.
