Professional Experience

From 2004 to 2007, Ms. Ho studied at Law School of Chinese Academy of Social Science and obtained degree of Juris Master. At the end of 2007, Ms. Ho joined Winners Law Firm, and has been engaging in litigation and non-litigation legal service of foreign investment, international business transactions, international commercial dispute resolutions and international technology trade. Due to the outstanding achievements in the field of international trade and international economic cooperation, Mr. Ho was selected by the Ministry of Justice in 2018, as one of "A Thousand Foreign-related outstanding Lawyers in China" and "Tianjin outstanding Foreign-related Lawyers".

In the practice area of international commercial affairs, from the year 2008 to 2015, Ms. Ho was in charge of numerous international commercial cases, such as: sales contract dispute between UBEX of Bulgaria and a chemical enterprise in Tianjin, debt dispute between P.H.M of Iran and a company in Tianjin, payment dispute between Tianjin Sewintar International Trade Co. Ltd. and a company in Canada, debt dispute between a company of Jordan and a trade company in Tianjin, debt dispute between a company in the US and a state-owned company in Tianjin, investment dispute between a state-owned company and a company in Czech.
In the practice area of foreign investment, Ms. Ho has represented foreign clients to establish representative offices, joint ventures, contractual joint ventures and wholly foreign-owned enterprises. From the year 2008 to 2015, Ms. Ho was responsible for the following projects: establishment project of joint ventures by Jiuzhou International (Tianjin) House Building and a large US company, establishment project of Schneider Tianjin Branch, establishment project of Chinese-foreign joint venture of Jinghai Mazel, establishment project of WOFE of Steelbro, establishment project of WOFE of Preco, establishment project of WOFE of Logitank and PC Project of Nangang Industrial Zone.
In the practice area of international technology trade, Ms. Ho has unique viewpoint on technology import & export and transactions of machines, equipment and raw materials pertaining to technology transfer. From the year 2008 to 2015, Ms. Ho took charge in the project of technology import by a large petroleum chemical enterprise from Denmark and Germany, AT88 Equipment purchasing project of a large petroleum chemical enterprise, series of IP licensing project by Steelbro (Tianjin) and a Group company in New Zealand. From 2016 to 2018, Mr. Ho was responsible for several projects of a large petrochemical enterprise, such as 530,000 tons of ethylbenzene know-how licensing project, VCM know-how licensing project, MTO know-how licensing project, DMTO know-how licensing project and PVC know-how licensing project and so forth.
Additionally, Ms. Ho provided legal advisory service for many large companies and foreign capital enterprises. Ms. Ho took charge in many consulting projects from Tianjin Soda Plant, CITIC, Unity Media, Baogang Energy Source, Reach Surgical, Hong Kong Seek Brand, Preco, Inc. and so forth since the year of 2008. During these years, Ms. Ho was also responsible for the projects of JV project, shareholding system reform projects of state-owned enterprises, liquidation of foreign-invested companies.
Ms. Ho has accumulated abundant experience in the areas of international commercial and foreign investment with years of practice, and will continue to commit herself to offering comprehensive legal service in foreign investment, international business and international technology trade.
