Ms. Zheng has accumulated a wealth of defense skills regarding civil, commercial and criminal cases after becoming a lawyer.
After joining Winners Law Firm she is mainly responsible for non-litigation legal services and related civil and commercial litigation such as drafting and review of contract, and issuing of legal opinions.
Currently Ms. Zheng provides legal servicesfor a number of well-known enterprises and institutions, such as Sino-Ocean Land and Hutchison Whampoa.
Achievement
She represented a steel enterprise to win the case in a dispute of a building engineering project. Ms. Zheng also served as a permanent legal adviser for a number of famous enterprises, such as Tianjin Zhonghai Xingye Real Estate Development Co. Ltd, Sino-Ocean Land Ltd (Tianjin), Tianjin Binghai Rapid Transit Development Co. Ltd, Baoding Lizhong Wheel Manufacturing Co. Ltd, Tianjin Polar Travel Co. Ltd, and Hutchison Whampoa Properties (Tianjin) and other well-known enterprises.
