In 1998 Mr. Yang graduated from the Tianjin University of Commerce.
From July 1998-March 2000 he worked as a legal staff in Tianjin Beacon Paint & Coatings Co., Ltd. (listed)
From March 2001-December 2002 he made an internship in Wujun Law Office.
From January 2003-August 2009 he practicedlaw in Tianjin Yuanshitong Law Firm.
Since September 2009 he is practicing at Winners Law Firm.
